the mini! haha...i want this car!
so we went down to New Plymouth for a couple of days with some of amy's family. that was fun. we stayed in these cute little cabins, which was cool. ours didn't have a bathroom though, so we had to use the community ones (which was totally fine...until we got in there). you had to push a button for hot water and it only lasted about 3-5 min. lucky for us we had four in our group (me, amy, august and claudia) and there were three showers, so we always has someone pushing the buttons...so funny!
our cabin...it was SO WINDY the day we arrived. crazy!
we went for a walk on saturday...i just thought this guy looked cools staring out at the ocean
for some reason i really like rail road tracks...i've always thought they were cool
with wind rain and all it was still absolutely stunning!
this is in town...amy's cousin, mike, took us three out to a cute little cafe while all the kids played at an indoor playground thing.
here we are playing in the balls...uh i mean, playing with the kids. haha! there is claudia, amy, lauren, august, boo-boo (sitting on august), me and the other two. i'm not even going to try and spell their names since i could barely say them. they are maori names. by the way the little girl's name isn't really boo-boo everyone just calls her that and i also don't know how to say/spell her name haha
claudia, amy, august and me on the beach
i couldn't believe people were surfing! it was raining hard and the water was SUPER rough, not to mention how cold it was. plus look at all those rocks! but, i thought he looked cools standing there, so i took a pic
AMAZING!
a kenna! apparently you can eat these little creatures and i'm told they are quite tasty. but, i'm not a fan of sea-food, so...
i thought the green leaf looked neat with all the rocks...i just found it that way
oh no the ocean is coming!
it looks like a cow head!
see, i have a fixation with rail-road tracks
good thing no trains were coming...i think my fascination with rail road tracks would have been over...as would my life...anyways...on a happier note
