i'm super sore again. yah! ...not. i think i have completed my physical activity for the next few days. so we had to run the mile at track practice today because everyone was talking :( ...okay so the mile, not that bad except then we had to go weight lift and after i had a tennis lesson. so i'm pretty much exhausted out of my mind. anyway enough about me...how did you guys all like chapel this morning? i really liked it. those kids were awesome! they seriously can dance ten times better than i can (then again most everyone can). they were so cute and it was unbelievable how they can just be so happy and have so little. like when that kid told his story about his life before coming to the choir. you can just tell that they have a passion to just praise the Lord and i think that's something i can take for grained a lot of the time.

tomorrow's thursday and we have friday off! and i get to high jump tomorrow. yippee!!!! i also get to go up to lake tahoe to go skiing this weekend! i'm soooo excited!
